lil' Bit More! 

JJ Alleson was born in Barbados, in childhood moved to the UK, and has settled in the clouds.

Her imagination crosses over into science fiction, mystery, romance, horror, and fantasy genres. Her stories favour strong plots, complex characters, witty dialogue, and twisty elements.  

Due to her inability to stay in lanes and follow rules, she turned away from the formulaic publishing world to become a teller of tales that are slightly off the beaten path.

Despite her best efforts at being shazy (shy and lazy) her stories have been published by the University of London, City Hall, Talma Theatre, and curated by Medium.

JJ currently helps to co-coordinate accessible poetry slam sessions and runs an online writing group for aspiring and conspiring writers. See here for published stories.
